Shipping rates and delivery estimates vary. All orders over $50 receive free domestic USPS first class (under 16 oz.) or priority mail shipping (16 oz. and over).

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses will be sent USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority mail depending on weight.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email.
Customs, duties, and taxes
KANZI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
KANZI is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
KANZI will ship to any country outside the USA as long as postage is paid and USPS or UPS deliver to the address given. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen shipments (see above). We are not responsible for duties or tariffs, fees or delays in shipment related to these.
